OpenPort 2.0 will go on sale on Monday also. as well as a new cheap Datalogging Only cable. which will both be compatable with EvoScan and EvoScan GPS Navigator siplay units.
I`m really looking forward to have this installed in my car (pre-ordered).
Evo4mad, are the displays customizable? for my track car I want to have a clearly visible Boost, Knock and Water display, I don`t need speed, rpm`s, battery voltage etc.

I have designed the software to make them customizable, I have set them up at the moment to AirTemp/CoolTemp/Knock/Timing if you just want 2x2 or 4x2 readings displayed I will make a user designable screen for you today. What order of readings should I set as default for you? I think you should really have a seperate boost gauge in a race car. Do you have evoscan logging boost at the moment? it requires a few mods to log Boost via the stock ecu.

My ideal display would be:
- Knock number (make this BIG); user-definable "knock light" would be cool, personally I would set a knock count of 3 as the default trigger for the light.
- Coolant temp, just the number in Celsius (80 to 110ºC is the scale that I would use)
- Boost, if possible. Otherwise 2-byte LOAD would still be useful, as it can be correlated with boost and is certainly available for all cars in stock form (I mean no mods needed). If load overshoots I know I`m having some kind of boost control problem.
These 3 displayed in an easy to read fashion would eliminate a lot of my worries at the track.
Wideband Air/Fuel and EGT`s are obviously very important too, but I suspect showing them is out of the scope of functionality of your display right now so I`ll be using separate gauges for this.
Regards,
Alex.
