v1.2 now has the option for auto runing the gauges without logging. You can press start new log at any time to beginning recording to a csv file.

Lap Timers, 0-100, 0-60ft, 1/4mi is a great idea, I'll add those features to it as well.

Hello Hamish

I have to remark a bug (or so it seems)
By logging a run I see no data in the 2bytes values (load,RPM,air).

Is there any problem in logging the 2 bytes ?

Hamish,

I'm having a logging issue using the beta 7. Using windows XP with a tactrix cable, when I click to start the log, I get three messages reading:
"ComPort open"
"comport Read A 0"
"comport read C 0"
It will then try to re-connect, it throws the same three messages, then it cancels the action. Currently I am using a beta version of 2.6 that does work(not sure which one).
Thanks.

lol yeah I was thinking that too.. The display units are so fun, I will soon have more features on the Display Units than the Windows version, hehe. One will always be released before the other, but I will keep the features as much in line as I can. I will copy some of these features back to the windows version, the code is fairly compatable between the 2 versions.

I haven't added 2 byte support yet, should be easy to add. I can just copy the code out of the windows version of EvoScan, let me try it out tonight, and I'll get back to you.

Hello Hamish

yes, please... I really need to log the Load2bytes.

Can you make a gauge set with Load (big needle), knock (just number) Timing (number)?

Is it possible to create one gauge set on our own, or you have to program it in the .exe?
It would be interesting to have us make the gauge-sets and share them on your site

Best Regards

Check in again once I got the ETACS ecu out of an EVOX

Evo4Mad, the update and future plans look great. I should be receiving mine any moment now.

I tried it out for a few days, now I need the ETACS ecu, because the EFI ecu won't work without it. Friend in Christchurch is hopefully gonna send one up.
