Have you noticed any oil consumption?

Do a pull from 2500 to 7500 @ 100% TPS and post that.

Am I losing my mind

1. Your 2byte Load isnt right
2. No WOT pull
3. Your fuel map is kind rich and your Ignition Map has very little timing in it

If I were you I would certainly have the car looked over then brought somewhere for a tune or work with one of our E-Flash tuners to get the car making power again

This vehicle was purchased with what seems to be a ton of work... not all done correctly but right now I am having problem with knock-timing-fuel

Car has a 20g 9lt with 650cc injectors, 22lbs boost, full exhaust no cat, lc-1 wideband, intercooler upgraded, cams....not sure which ones, block was redone to a stroker motor also with lower compression to run high boost.
you need larger injectors, 880's would probably help
