Car not starting in the cold (video)

Well, it's 9deg F and my car will not start. To make things more complicated, I'm currently working on tuning with someone, and we just got my idle trims at around -1 last night. I went to go start my car up this morning for the first cold start on this rom and it just would not start. I tried reverting back to roms that I have been able to start up perfectly in the cold, and still no go.
I have pte1000's with these latencies:
3.648
2.016
1.368
0.936
0.792
0.552
0.36
scaling: 914

I disconnected the MAF and it behaves the same. I waited 45 minutes and went back out and tried again with an old rom, and still no luck. It's flooded, and I even see/smell gas on my dipstick.

I find it hard to believe that just slight differences in my latencies/injector scalings/maf could prevent my car from starting, and I think there is something else going on. My logs show -649deg coolant temp and -164deg intake temps as well as loads in the 400+'s while trying to start. Seems weird, but I never logged a startup before.

Are you running pump or E85? Have you messed with your startup IPW's at all yet?

If the engine is flooded you aren't going to have much luck trying to get it to start.... You need to clear that fuel out before trying to spray more in.

I would also recommend changing your oil relatively soon if it has that much fuel in it (it will turn to acid)

Also, next time you are having trouble trying to turn it over don't just keep on it. Its recommended that you don't crank for more than 2-3 seconds at a time, and in a case where you are really stuck I would slowly work my way up to no more than 7-8 seconds with at least as much time between attempts to start as the last amount of time you were cranking.

This is with 93 gas. I finally got it started after disconnecting the injector harness plug, turning it over to clear out the fuel, and starting it again. It took a few tries but it finally started up and ran pig rich (10afr).

The 914 scaling may seem high, but my low and mid fuel trims are still -13 right now. We're still working on low/mid trims. My battery is brand new, and I cruise at like 14.0 - 14.2 volts.

The weird thing is my low fuel trim was -1 last night after idling for 12 minutes, and my wide band was showing around 14.7. Today, it is a little colder and my low fuel trim went down to -13 after idling for 12 minutes with my wide band showing 14.7 again.

I got a brief P0134 error when I was driving around right after I started it up, but I cleared it and it did not come back.

Here is my latest warm startup/idle log:

Here is my latest cruise log:

I will also be changing my plugs and oil as soon as I can.

The cold starting issue didn't occur today, in fact it started perfect. Nothing changed except my idle fuel trim was -13 when I started today, and yesterday it was -1. My guess is that the idle trim was not settled and it started up wayy to rich yesterday, and flooded the hell out of it.
