Yep, when I get home later I'll pull them off my laptop. I personally love the 50-trim and still think it has more power potential than a green.

So what are the settings to scale this sensor in the ecu?? It cannot be the same as the 3bar jdm sensor.

I would advise against scaling absolute sensors to relative with a fixed offset when the atmospheric pressure is not fixed.

Agreed, but everybody seems to like gage pressures.

Absolute pressure is what really controls the power anyway though.

This is a pretty signifigant detail when using a MAP based system as your resolution goes to crap, the fueling becomes very unstable.
I currently run my car on a 5 bar just fine with MAFT Pro so resolution isnt really as much an issue as you are making it.

The sensor isn't the issue I was talking about as the sensor is essentially an analog device with unlimited resolution. It's the ADC.

Is the ADC in the MAFTPro an 8-bit ADC?

It's been cleared up though that the factory ECU has the ability to do higher bit resolution if required.

Hello this is Steve from OmnipowerUSA.com just thought i would poke my head in here and offer a bit of info on our Mitsubishi 3,4,and 7 bar map sensors.

Each map sensor is hand assmebled, tested and packaged in house at OmnipowerUSA. The plug and play verbage that we use refers to the ease of installation as all our map sensors are application specific and plug in to the factory harness/bolt into the factory location. Anytime a map sensor is changed there will have to be a correction/adjustment made to the ECU so it has correct scaling to go by.

We have manufactured over 3500 map sensors of various models in the last 2 years and have perfected the process thoroughly. We have tried 4 different types of solder, several adhesives and different grades of plastic. The EVO8 sensor has all of our collective experience and perfected manufacturing techniques incorporated into it. We use a special custom made plastic adhesive that is rated at 200 PSI to keep the sensor leak free under the most demanding enviorments.

Each MAP sensor carries a lifetime warranty and includes a new viton O-ring.

Do you have the cal changes for the stock ECU perchance? Or possibly a voltage chart vs Psi?
