ok, for "Asynch Accel TPS v RPM Limit", I set the scaling to "Percent255". Dont remember what it was.

On my AUDM IX, the stock values from 500rpm to 5000rpm were:
51.0
54.0
59.0
66.5
72.0
73.0
75.5
80.0
81.5
89.5

Which looks like potentially a lot of extra fuel.
So, to see if I could improve the off-idle throttle response (and reduce the hi-end enrichment), set it as follows:

40
69
46
35
31
25
24
21
17
16

This did improve off-idle throttle response.
Jacking up the value at 82*C in the "Accel Enrich Base v Temp" did also, but I figured that would screw everything else, so I set it back to stock (10).

The lean spool system does move its interpolation starting from lean towards rich as you are above the load threshold, and then leans again gradually as you have time below the lean spool load threshold. The rate at which it moves towards rich is controlled by the rich trailing time, and the rate it moves towards lean is controlled by the lean trailing time.

Unfortunately, I can't put units on the timers (indirect reference that modifies them no doubt, that I can't find) and it will need empirical testing. We should have all we need to full control it though, I still quite like the system. Keeps it crisp when you just want a quick pass, but richens when you are beating on it.

My 94170015 ROM does not have this. I have "Accel Enrich Base vs Engine Temp."

Wouldn't Lean Spool and Anti Lag essentially do the same thing?

From what I am gathering we have Accel Enrichment, Lean Spool, and Anti-Lag; all of which contrubute to making the car quicker between shifts, quicker throttle response, and downside protection

Maybe I do not understand this quite correctly, anyway I have found the same code on naturally aspirated mitsu, which makes me believe the purpose of "Lean Spool" is to compensate for EGR valve opening, which then supplies exhaust gases to the intake, maybe it is only secondary issue that turbocharger is compensated also.

IX JDM doesn't have EGR, just SAS, which doesn't open as standard, but lean spool still operates.

Set both LS start and stop 2500 meaning LS should be off, however the 2D antilag table still commands enrichment during spool. With LS supposedly off I thought it would run primarily on a AFRMAP based schedule but this is not the case, it just gave me more precise input with the other antilag table (originally rpm units vs throttle volts)

C6, try zeroing off the Async Accel v rpm limit table (with LS disabled) and see if reality tracks the fuel map.

I turned on Lean Spool and drivability greatly improved. The car is much smoother between shifts and I am not losing as much RPM between shifts on WOT pulls.

I also noticed that the rich condition that happend between shifts at high load and low RPM is almost non existant.

I would assume that it is best to tune the car with Lean Spool disabled in order to get the most accurate WB vs Fuel Map readings. Once this is accomplished then turn on Lean Spool and be amazed at the results.

FWIW I did a WOT pull and saw a slight increase in DLL HP and TQ. I cannot attrubite it to LS but is sure seems to have helped.

you can't just enable LS without richening up your fuel map...

so when you disabled LS you didn't enlean your fuel map?

what AFR's are you seeing at WOT?

hard to make out the numbers with that scale :P

if you use 2.6b7 of evoscan you can specify the righthand axis as the wideband scale... much better
