Perfect! I can provide the entire XML when you need it. Just let me know.

if you could put it up on the wiki before then, I'd appreciate it. I've made so many changes to my 96530006 XML that I have no idea what is accurate and current anymore. Would be nice to start anew.

I will sit down later tonight and re-organize it and create the XML and post it up. Watch this post for updates...

I have some questions.

1. What is the oldest Equflash version which correct work with V6-7?
2.MAF IAT WGDC correction - good idea, but when the weather is changing boost changing too (i say about load-based boost control) if target is the same. May be we need have MAF IAT target correction ?
3. Anybody try to use V6-7 and weather MrFred mods in common ? Does it work correct?

Sorry if anybody asked already the same questions...

1. The rom is independent of ECUFlash version. The include statments specifically should work as far back as base files have been used.
2. Why would you want to reduce the target? The goal here is to keep the tune the same (same target) while getting rid of weather related spikes.
3.Some of them. Direct boost and narrowband sim seem to work fine. Others have posted in the thread. So far no direct incompatibilities found.

4. You aren't sorry if you asked

ok something very strange happened. Version 6 for me was working with my 15rom. i have a 2006 USDM,evo. Everything tested out fine for about a couple weeks. Then this morning it wouldn't start! I thought my battery was dead because it's about time, but it still didn't start after jumping it with another car. You could hear the starter barely turning over for a fraction of a second and it would just seize.

So after all failed attempts I was about to flash back the old Version 5, but i got this crazy idea maybe valet mode was somehow activated. So i hold down the gas peddle for about 10 seconds or a little more and guess what. It starts! wtf just happen!?! I know i set that valet mode to 0. I even double checked the rom inside the car and it's 0. This was very very random.

I then tryed the opposite of activating valet mode but it just keeps starting now.
The only mods I have checked are:
Flash cel on knock
NLTS
MAP Averaging
Manifold Temperature

as of that last occurence no problems whatsoever for about 3 starts in the past couple of days. But, i'm worried it might happen again.

I'll bet you could have rubbed your tummy instead of doing the valet shuffle and had the same effect.

iow you have a mechanical issue unrelated to the ecu.

ixb - well if you have valet disabled then doing the valet shuffle wont change anything.

v7 cleans up a lot of that code so hopefully once its out proper you wont have to worry
