2005 Evo MR WTF is wrong with it???

ok well ive purchased a 2005 evo mr, 60k, nice looking car anyways. After logging the car on evo scan on a friends computer, the car was knocking real bad, so i paid buschur to re-tune the car without meth, the car made nice power still had slight knock but buschur was thinking it was due to the crap gas i put in on the turn pike and the fact my plugs and wires were old, so i put new plugs and wires in and it ran incredible, that was at night. The next morning after touching and changing nothing i took my gf to class and the car was breaking up horribly at higher rpms? so me and a friend looked into the car again, tried everything we could still no fix, then swapped out coils packs from his evo to mine, took it for a rip, and it pulled clean consistent runs. So i bought a set of coilpacks off of steelcityevo, put them in turned tho boost down 2psi, and the car ripped ran great no problems, for last night and all day today, but it wouldnt handle 27psi which is what it was tuned at, so after swapping back coil packs, trying another new set of spark plugs, the car pulled a clean run, then a ****ty run, then clean then ****ty, theres no consistency on it, but i noticed at half throttle in higher rpms the blow off valve was going on a ****load(possible that its just touchy) , so we swapped out tials with my friends, do a rip pulls a clean 3rd gear pull, turn around do another and it breaks up, im at a complete and total ****ing loss as what to do with this car, or what it could be if anyone has any idea what could be going wrong, one thing i might be on to, is the car doesnt run ****ty consistently, everytime i log me and my 2 freinds are in the car, now we jokingly said maybe its the weight , but in reality it could possibly be the load on the engine, i think the load cells on my ecu are all ****ed up and need to be worked out thats the issue, but does anyone know what they should be or how i know what to make them? im new to tuning but the car has a tune from buschur on it now just doesnt run consistent, any help is appreciated pleaseeee

plugs are all gapped to .024 which is where buschur told me to gap them, wires and coil packs are brand new, and the plugs are still in good shape not fouled or anything

Which spring are you running in BOV? Call Mellontunning, and let them look your maps over while on the throttle. That Maybe spark blow-out? UNPLUG/disconnect meth box, not just turn it off. just my 2c

What kind of plugs are you using? It really sounds like ignition problems.

Close the gap on the plugs more. Are the threads on your coilpacks on the valve cover stripped? If it's blow-out, this will fix that. is 27psi of boost too much for that turbo? ie: Out of it's effective range, or "Sweet Spot" ??

If everything that pops in your head fails, you can always take it back to buschur and see what he'll make of it. I'm pretty sure they've seen worse
