I'm in Ohio. Alittle far for me to help. Lol. Try the ECU Unlocker first. And if that doesn't do it then it's probably been locled on a EcuTek tune. If that's the case then GRD is your best bet to get it unlocked. They are a EcuTek I beleive. I have had to have them unlock ecu's for me before. But it will be a stock that they put back on it. Hope this helps you out.

 

i found ecuflash ver 1.29 and i got it to work got my two step and turned up the rev limit to 8000
