front 02/closed loop disabling.

im looking to disable the closed loop control so i can lean out the mixture on cruise.iv done a search but cant seem to find anything. thanks john.

Just set the min coolant temp for closed loop to something above your maximum operating temp.

tried that marcus it throws a P0125 CEL

periphery bit thread has something on this. or you can just do the mileage mod. JohnBradley has a post on the first page on how to do it with a nice picture clearly outlining the simple procedure.

Set open loop load #1 and #2 to 0 throughout the rpm.

If you have a wideband with configurable outputs, such as the LC1, you can just lean it out with that. It's easier and more consistent since you're still using the closed loop system of the ECU.

The Zeitronix wideband can do this with the simulated narrowband output switching point.
