knock after a NLTS

Most times after a good fast NLTS I will register knock. I'm almost positive that its not real knock b/c if I shift normally I don't get any knock. I've heard a few other people complaining about this type of condition too. Anyone know of a fix for this?

log the event and adjust the timing on those cels where it is hitting. its round the 80-160 load area at high rpm if i remember it right.

Yep, it'll do that. Its a great addition for shifting fast and safely. But, it will kill your pull with knock sum. I reduced timing in the 5k-ish area and 120-160 load. Thats where my NLTS lands. If you think about it, moderate boost (11 psi due WG spring and WGDC at 0% during fuel cut) + lean mixtures during fuel cut + advanced timing = Knock!!

EDIT: Also 2-step launch (stat rev limiter) about 4.5-5k will produce the same knock!

5k-ish area and 120-160 load.
5000 to 7000 rpm area and 100-160 load, make it a buch of low timing values to ensure knock

Good suggestions so far. I'll go out logging and figure out what RPM/load ranges its hitting and knocking at.

I reduced my timing by 4* and richened my fuel up .2 AFR in the load 120-160 and RPM 4000-6000 areas. We'll see if this helps!
