Scrambled map from an 03

I have a scrambled map from an 03 and I don't know the ROM ID.
I tried using xvi32 to edit the HEX file (goto $F52 and typed in 94 17 00 14 as a string of text) but didn't any luck opening the resaved HEX file. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Try typing in 94170015 or 94170008; those are other codes used for that year.
