there are a ton of posts about it, here is the most recent one: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...debands-2.html

i personally have the digital AEM and have had 0 issues and it was an easy install/setup. i can't speak to the other options since i have never used them before.

My ECU internal id is SM5268 and ecu id is 00006852. Doesn't jive with any of the numbers above. Anyone know why?

Tephra getting cheksum error when I pull my modded map with 1.42 ECUflash. Is it okay to correct it and use that to reflash the car? Makes me nervous to get errors like this.

The rom id was 5260018, which is inherited from 52680015 just like this instructional. I put the following code in the misc line right where the pic in this thread showed it and the 3 extra tables under misc never showed up. It's for 52680015. What gives?

<table name="IFMode 0x05 -> 0x23 #1" category="Misc" type="1D" address="0x7f121" scaling="Hex8"/>
<table name="IFMode 0x05 -> 0x23 #2" category="Misc" type="1D" address="0x8ab11" scaling="Hex8"/>
<table name="DoMode 0x42 -> 0x52" category="Misc" type="1D" address="0x8ab16" scaling="Hex16"/>

make sure you fully close ecuflash and reopen it, not just the rom but the whole program.
if that does not fix it, try putting the lines in the the rom map that you didn't already have them in. i had success just placing them in 15. noize however had to place them in 18 to get them to show.

I just got done spending some time trying to put those tables in different places. I tried putting them in 15, then 15mod, then 18; I also tried putting them in 15, 15mod, and 18 at the same time with no luck. I also tried modifying the address from 0x7f121, etc by taking out the x first, then tried taking out the 0x so the address read7f121, 8ab11,etc. Nothing made those tables show up. I did completely exit out of xml editor and ecuflash each time I made a change to a definition. Any ideas?

Am I correct that I'm changing the 52680015 definition in the rommet>mitsu>evo>52680015 file, and that is supposed to add those tables for whatever saved rom image (.hex) for rom id 52680018 when I open them in ecuflash?
