High idle and I'm totally stumped
take a look at your fuel trims, maybe the injectors need to be re-scaled? I've run into this issue on someones car who had just installed injectors. Car would hopelessly idle at 2k no matter what i did mechanically, or in the rom. Started manipulating the injector scaling and fixed the issue
Well I finally figured out what it was. It turned out to be the Buschur throttle body. I finally got a stock TB to swap out, and it fixed the idle. When I looked at the two side by side I noticed that the I could see lots of light around the Buschur throttle plate, but none around the stock one. Now I have to see about fixing the Buschur throttle body.
Yeah, that happens quite often with bored TB's,unfortunately. Contact them about it and see if they can help you out with the issue. Maybe send a pic of the butterfly with light passing by it and tell them the lowest idle the TB will allow with the BISS fully closed so they know how severe the issue is.
