I was having this problem forever, rescaling the injectors and fixing the latencies fixed my problem completely. I tried adjusting the periphery bit that disables EGR (the old way) and it did not seem to make an improvement, nor did the cold temp timing trim table (flattening or reducing the % used).

What injectors are you running? On my RC1200 I almost halved the latencies and the car runs like a dream now. Bonus: the AFR are very close in the fuel tables now.

I have AMS 780s (FIC 750s). I have never had an issue with the scaling. I did notice that since I added timing to smooth my idle a bit, the cold idle issue was worse. I am going to try and go back to 8* from the 11* it is currently and see if it helps.

Scaling 696
Latencies...
3.312
2.04
1.296
0.984
0.792
0.6
0.336

LTFT Low -1.5
LTFT Mid - 5.1

I made some MAF adjustments for the LTFT Mid, but havn't logged it yet.

Did you reduce any of them? That had definitely affected my car when cold, and it was much better when I set them back. Obviously warm drivability suffered slightly initially, but after rescaling the injectors everything is great. I have since raised a couple of them for the new scaling and not seen any problems, but lowering them could probably cause an issue. I had always thought that the car might not use feedback for some portion of the startup, and the lower MAF compensation may not have played well with it.

A long time ago I had PTE 780 that were the older AMS style (I think they used to use them?) and have posted the scaling and latencies in the roll-up thread. Obviously yours will be slightly different with your MAF/pipe mods, but you might want to try them with default maf scaling/comp.
