As far as cold starting is concerned, you need a lot more fuel added to the cranking IPW at the 7C mark and below. Temps just started to fall here in Chicago so I have had the chance to start tuning for this. Before I had to try 3-4 times before it would fire. Now, it does on the fist, sometimes second try, although I'm still in the process of fine tuning.

I agree. I can make the car do it and also stop doing it at will it seems. With my aggressive set up I have way more drivability issue then some slight jumpy AFR at 15% TPS below 2500 rpms when on the stock MAF.
