we fixed mine, but at the cost of having startup issues and having the car "jerk" while driving slowly through parking lots in 1st or 2nd gears, which was embarrassing. so, now i just accept the not-so-high-performance sound of the throttle hang in order to be able to drive the car.

again, i believe this happened only after switching to V7 from V5.

Zeroing out the two tables I mentioned will remove 90% of throttle hang.
If you have some left over, you can fix the rest by playing with your base idle screw and/or the idle tables.

If your base idle screw is too far open, it will throttle hang a bit since there is extra air getting in. By lowering some of the idle tables, it will open the idle stepper motor less and achieve the same effect as closing the base idle screw.

I'll have to give that a try.

I have set my idle higher to deal with cams. Once we figured out how to lock the ISCV, I adjusted the BISS to match my higher idle. I know of others doing this. I wonder if this is aggravating the rev hang issue.
