Alright I've been dealing with this for a few weeks now. I got my fuels trims dialed in a couple of weeks ago, but that didn't help anything. MY old tuner told me that it was something wrong with my O2 sensor, but I don't have any DTCs for it (it is set to 1 on ECU periphery0 faa bit 14). I thought bit 10 (out of 0 faa) might have something to do with it, but it didn't change anything.. Does anyone know what they think it might be? Any help greatly appreciated.

Edit: I also have 96530706 rom if that helps anyone.

Sounds like improper scaling/latency or a vacuum leak.
