Ecuflash with Ecutek installed

Ecuflash with Ecutek installed
Hi all, is it possible to read an Evo 7 with an Ecutek file installed using ecuflash. Have been told they're locked and can't be read or flashed.
I want to put this back to original but if I can't read I won't be able to find which original bin I will need.
