e7 ECU into e6 swap gone bad, suggestions?

-------------------------------------------------cliff notes------------------------------------------ Swapped ECU, attempted pin swap for SAS functionality, crossed wires with idle servo 4 and car wouldn't run, fixed wiring and car still has idle issues and some EcuFlash idle rom tables are inactive also, and don't know whats wrong. Need Help!
------------------------------------------------long version----------------------------------------
I just swapped an e7 ECU into my e6, and ran into some issues. I intally did this yesterday and everything ran fine no cel or issues. Today I decided I wanted to keep my SAS functioning so I attempted to swap the wire for my SAS soleniod from pin 6 (egr soleniod slot on e7 ECU) into pin 53 (SAS soleniod for e7), but without realizing it I swapped the idle servo 4 wire from pin 5 into pin 53 the SAS soleniod pin on the ecu. I then attempted to start the car and it turned over and immediatly died, tried again and reved the engine to keep it runing, then it died when I let off the pedal. Tried it again same thing happened. I then looked at the wiring a saw my mistake. I corrected my wiring mistake, but the car did the same thing. I started it again and held rev to warm up the car as the outside temp was between 35-40. After about 1 min I let off and the revs dipped and almost stalled but stayed running, but at about 700-800RPM and not the usually 1500 or so when the engine is still cold. I let it run for a while then went for a drive. The car stalled once and came close a couple of other times. I got home and let the car idle for a while, and it did not die. I did take some logs w/ at low speed and rpm on mitsulogger, not sure if that would tell me anything though. I then for the first time with this ECU in the car read the rom image w/ EcuFlash. The ecu was previously in my evo IV so I had it already set up w/ 90550001v5.10fix-mods.bin file. I looked at my tables and under idle seen here:

the first 5 table are not avalible to me. Only the bottom 4 are in bold and avalible to me starting with: Desired Idle RPM with AC on. When I click on any of the top 5 I get this message:
The current map description is invalid or incomplete. Please edit the map description to fix the problem and the map will be viewable again.

I get the same message with 4 tables under Misc, all the DONT NOT USE!! tables under Turbo which I figure is normal, and all the Knock Sensor Filter Map tables and the last 2 below that. I'm not sure whats normal there and not.

Does anyone know what I may have messed up, my IAC/ICS, the ECU, possible fuse or relay. Any suggestions on how to find the issue. I have my e6 ECU and plan to plug in it and see how it runs, but I only have tactrix cable 1.3 so I wont be able to pull a rom image for it. How would I check my ICS?? Can someone help me out??

I've exceeded my 20 post per month om MLR so I won't be able to post there for a couple weeks. Today I started up the car and I seems to idle fine now, 1500RPM+ while warming up, but the tables still don't show up on ecuflash.
