just override your MUT00 and MUT01 with 0x8410 and 0x8411

then in evoscan just log MUT00 + MUT01 (like 2byte load, but without any formula (except "x"))

I haven't been able to get NLTS working on an SD & Non-SD V7 ROM; haven't checked out the Rev limit yet.

For those running 9653 v7, if FCA bit13 is set equal to 0, try changing it back to 1.

Had a minute to test this today.

Set rev limit to 5K and stationary to 4.5K. Logged 8410 and 8411. In all instances (idle, cruise) the value remained at 1500.

Both of my rev limits are working! My FCA bit 13 is 0 (came that way from the phenem version).

I wonder what change/difference there is in the ROM for users that have no rev limits?

I am using 930530706 MAF non SD that was distributed by Phenem.

My FCA bit 13 is set to 0. If I enable it i throw codes for the Evap system that i removed a long time ago.

Now that I think about it.... havn't played with rev limits since then. I just noticed my rev limit does not work.

So....if this is the solution, how can I make it so i don't have codes because of removing the evap stuff?????

Try it first to see if it fixes the rev limit issue, and then we'll worry about how to deal with it.

If we are using the same ROM, how could my rev limits work while appauld's don't with both of our FCA bit 13 at 0? This is wierd.

There are several flags besides this one that control whether the rev limits are enabled. Since they're working for you, it seems like FCA bit13 may not be the solution, but I'd at least like someone with stat rev limit issues to give it a try before I look deeper.

OK. Thanks mrfred.

Appauldd

Did you log 8410 and 8411? If so what was your value?

I have not logged it....havn't driven the car in the past couple days.

What I did find is that for some odd reason my v7 96530706 has the "Non-Continuous Monitor Completion Patch" set to = EA73 for the first setting....I never changed it from EAFF. I believe that a periphery change has causes this.

Also, the "Continuous Monitor Availability Patch Part 2" is set to = EA61. Again, I never changed it from EAFF. Something must have changed these values in the Periphery changes I made.

This is just an observation and these might not be the case. I just thought it was worth noting.

My Non-continuous monitor completion patch was fine (EAFF, 6AA7) but my Continuous Monitor Availability Patch Part 2 was EAE5 not EAFF as it should be. I checked my settings against the Phenem release and mine match in these tables.

Just a hunch. Are you running the NLTS? I am not and I remember someone posting that it was not working for them.

Here are my Tephra mod settings.

I was comparing my periphery bits with my original unaltered phenem version. What do you have for FCA Bit 15 (top one)? In the original it is enabled (1)and in mine it is disabled (0)

This is the only setting that differs from the original Tephra-phenem release. Check yours. Who knows...
