You're getting flashing errors. Ignore the rest of the hardware on your car (ie. your CDI), you need to address that problem first.

You said you've had voltage problems before (ie. had to charge the battery to get a flash to take). Hook up the charger to the battery, let it sit for a while, and try reflashing the car with the charger still connected. You absolutely, positively have to have nearly 12V for a flash to succeed, because the cable boosts the voltage to 16V on the flashing connector, and it's a bit of a stretch to make it happen.

Ignore everything else until you resolve those readback errors. If you've been getting those errors the whole time, then you have not been successfully flashing the car.

I just had a succesful reflash with a stock rom, just changed the Immo. still no start.
I can hear the fuel pump prime during start cycle but fuel never ignites. I will try again with the charger on at 10 amps.

tried again with charger on the battery. voltage was 13.95-14.1 during flash. Still NO GO. Immobilizer code checked over and over...how do I disable the immobilizer?

if that dont work, make sure the valet mode rpm is set high like 5-6krpm so it allows the car to crank over. theres a bug where if the valet mode rpm is to low it wont fire up.

tscomp, I'm back to 9417008 stock rom with my mods. so I have no valet mode.

was there something about once you upgraded to 94170015 you could not go back to 0008 or was that just myth?

I'm understanding that you had NO flashing errors on this ROM load? Correct? Sounds like the issue may not be ECU related after all.

It may well be , but what could of gone bad between a reflash that will keep it from starting?

I had some flashing issues a couple years ago and could not figure it out and finally replaced the battery. Not saying that is your issue. But Logic is correct, the ECU needs a certain voltage, and perhaps amperage, to flash properly.

Also remember, if your starter is dragging a wee bit, and drawing too much voltage and/or amps, that means there is just that much less your ignition and ECU has to work with.

I just flashed a v7 from tscompusa and it was a no go. Battery is new so cranks really strong. I'm going to look at the fuses...
