The fuse is under the dash fuse#1. First one I checked, changed it and varoom!
Lesson learned; always use a battery charger to boost voltage for the amp draw to do a big rom image burn. I can only attribute the fuse failure to the load doing a full burn. I guess one more for the experience bag.

i doubt trying to download a file will burn a fuse. there is a fly in your batter somewhere else.
