my start ups are perfect - I am extremely happy with these injectors and glad i made the switch. Glad to see you had good luck as well, while the starting issue can be considered minor if you drive the car daily and its your only car after a while it just gets annoying and I had to find a way to prove it wasn't my car causing the problem and making yet another injector switch was the answer.
Ya same here. for me it was second guessing my SD VE settings... It was driving me nuts. Are you on SD or MAF? Thanks for posting up!

Do any other settings need changing, fuel cranking tables etc?

I changed the start-up first pulse table....just did the 513/975 * the old value = new value.

and I am on the MAF for now....will be switching back to SD soon though.

Main reason is these new style Bosch injectors simply run awesome. They also have the added feature of being able to handle incredibly high base pressure if need be to get them to the desired overall flow value.

Low impedance injectors do not have enough coil strength to run high base pressure and open. They will actually run leaner at high base pressure when it gets to a certain level (usually over 65psi or so) versus these being okay, just requiring the tune to correct.

For most people the 1250 is a good option, for those that have specific needs and dont want to quite spend the money on a 2150 this is a great option.

Yea cut the plug off a dsm resistor pack and solder the wires together and then plug it in to the wiring harness on the evo which bypasses the resistor pack.

Well, my car barely ran on 975 scaling, like 20:1 at start. My scaling is now at 731 and even that seems alittle too high so far, so will probably end up around 700. I'll be doing a far bit of logging now, see what happens with these numbers.

ok, I'm after some advice on setting these injectors up.

Fuel is 95RON

My scaling is 713
Latency is 5.352, 3.360, 1.992, 1.344, 1.104, 0.72, 0.648

My trims are Low 9.31, Mid is -11.47

The car was set up and fueling really good with the old injectors, but is now running pig rich, hitting 9.6:1 at only 50% throttle. From what I've been reading, the trims would suggest the Latency needs to be increased alot, but at 14V its already 1.1.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Keep increasing the latency. High Z injectors are not particularly fast.

Try going 0.025 ms higher on the latency.

Thanks, just so I understand this right, wouldn't increasing the latency more make the idle trim even more lower than the mid trim? I was going to drop it that amount?
