For people interested in getting involved in this I know a guy that can make these cables. He makes them pretty cheap, less than a hundred for sure. I don't know if he's still making them but I can contact him if someone is interested.

http://www.hamotorsports.com/ecu-plugs-pins.html

you need 1 of each set of pins... and both A and D ecu plugs... that will get you hooked up and then i used a cheap 12v cigarette lighter plug to get voltage...

so can someone help me track down the t1 map? lol

Guys, you do not need ti build a new harness to reflah acd ecu, you only need to put the single wire in pin 25, than connect o.p. in stock obd socket and the reflesh connector to the 'new' wire.

This is very interesting. No other wiring/modifications needed? I think I'll try this today.

given the way the harness is setup that make a lot of sense... but the harness was designed for bench flashing... glad someone has finally wrapped their head around in car flashing... i will try this soon...

I heard the ACD plugs are the same as 2 of the 4 evo 8 ecu plugs. Therefore one would need an evo8 ecu pin (from ex: spoolinup.com) and a wire to setup this pin25 to flash the ACD. Can you confirm this?

I did it the ghetto way and just stuck the wire into the connector and used something to stick it there.
