should the tephra mod download look like this?

i am trying to copy and paste the info that i downloaded and it does not look right im not sure about this i dont want to screw this up. this is what is looks like when i open 9653 for the tephramodv7. can anyone tell me what i may be doing wrong. thanks

Why are you trying to read an ECU ROM file with a text editor?

Please read more, then go back and try again.

Looks like you opened a PK_Zip file with a text editor.
