Trouble with Evoscan logs.

I am having trouble viewing my evoscan logs. Everything looks to be set up correctly, evoscan displays real time data, but when I go to open the logs with either excel or openoffice.org it says "evolog...." could not be found. I don't know what I am missing, I searched but found nothing, if I missed it please post the link. Any help would be great, thanks.

Please help, I'm goin crazy. The sample logs open just fine. The logs I cannot open are actually shortcuts, when I go in through the C drive they are not in the saved logs file, but through evoscan they are there. I know this is a noob question but I don't know what else to do but ask you guys, please throw me a life line!

Using Windows 7 it looks like the path definition for the logs is wrong but I don't know how to change that. Going through the C drive you cannot find the logs only the two samples are in there. WTF brand new laptop evoscan v2.6 what am I missing!?!?!?

I too have the same problem, but I just use Works Spreadsheet to view them instead. So far it seems to work ok. At least it should get us by until we figure out how to fix it.

Go to the folder using windows explorer. On the explorer menu, there's a button for "compatability files". If you see that press it.

I don't know wtf I found the logs in program files(x86). Didn't figure out how to change the path, just made a shortcut on thw desktop to the correct file. Seems to be working so far, how do you view logs in evoscan?
