So I installed my uego this last week. Finally got some time to log and by 3562rpm my 2byte load peaked at 336. From what I've read and researched this is abnormal on a car with my mods. My maps are maxed at 260 load and from 3343-6125 I am past 260.

Fuel Pump
head studs
ported exhaust mani
Cone filter
3" tbe w/ test pipe
LICP
MBC ~ 24psi
ebay IC
Metal DV

A very mild setup so I dont understand why I'm hitting a 336 load and am off the map so much. Any input is appreciated.

Since its an 8 possibly a boost leak?

so could be: Boost leak, maf scaling.....

 

Mine only spikes to 290 maybe 300 at 28-30 psi.

Well, you are in Denver, so you are at a much higher altitude than most others. Try logging baro+temp compensated 2 byte load and see how much it differs from uncomensated 2 byte load.

 

Hey man! I am very interested in this since i live @7000feet and also get pretty high load levels....
Could you please explain how the 2byte load formula should looks like in evoscan to get it compensated???

I traced what the actual values for afr/timing vs rpm and then traced rpm vs load% and the values don't match up what so ever. Idk if this makes sense but it has my puzzled...

 

I've tried searching how to log compensated 2byte load but haven't came up with anything for my rom (96420008). Any help??

The 2byte load uncompensated values are the same.

 

9642008 rom is garbage switch to 94170015 asap! much better support for it.

 

I logged using IAT+Baro and it is EXTREMELY more accurate than raw load.

 

Do this, I'm at about 5800 ft. logging baro+temp at 21 psi on 91 octane and I peak at just under 240 load.
