Open loop load tables

My open loop load 1 and 2 and open loop throttle high load and low load tables have the wrong rpm scaling on the y axis.

They increments by 500 rpms up to the 4000rpm box then increment by 250 from there. The actual load percentages are unchanged.

94170015 on left
94170008 on right

Also I am having an issue with the car going lean briefly when I shift while the motor is either cold or after wot to high rpms. Just bogs out completely for a second. If I leave my foot slightly on the throttle it doesn't happen though. Could this be related?

My 94170715 is the same way. When I open a stock 94170015, it's that way too. I'm not sure why it's like that.
