Evoscan weird DTC list !
Evoscan weird DTC list !
Hi all
I've turned to 96532706 Rom on my 260 ecu (car is eudm VI RS2).
I've copied / pasted data from my previous rom, and the car starts fine.
The big issue comes when displaying DTCs with evoscan
:
Diagnostic Codes:Oxygen Sensor
Intake temperature sensor
Throttle position sensor
ISC motor position sensor
Engine coolant temperature sensor
Crankshaft position sensor
Camshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Injector circuit
Fuel pump relay
EGR sensor
The car runs fin with no problem on the oem ecu. Clearing DTC or unplug the battery didn't change anything. I can log TPS or coolant temp with no prob.
I can't believe all theses codes are "true"
I think 1 or 2 is real and need a cure, but not all of that
Does someone have an idea to cure this ? or to what it is linked ?
PS: I would try to use Scantech, but registering on activematrix forum isn't working... If someone would be kind to share the install to me

I get roughly the same DTCs with 96532706, been running it for 4 months now with no issues! Checked with scanner and OBD2 scanner and no codes, but evoscan reports a list like yours
I think Evoscan might have a few issues with this rom
Phil
Thanks for your input.
The fact is that I have the amber diag on, so I think one thing is not correct (maybe related to EGR ou whatever..)
I'm looking for Scantech, which seems to be more reliable about DTC's
