help! TephraMod saving wtf

Ok i have been fighting with this damn TephraMod-recompile.bin mod for over a week with absolutely no luck and still having the same issue. whenever i change anything such as the immobilizer over from my current rom then save it, close it, and reopen the same TephraMod-recompile.bin file it's back to the stock rom format with none of the mod options. i was able to successfully save after a few changes but soon as i do anything major it resets. can anybody do me a huge favor and swap over all my maps and data plz ive tried everything and have transfered all these maps at least 6 times. I just want this damn upgrade

Also make sure that there are no old copies of the Rom lurking about. Is the Rom reverting back to the original version with no tephra mods available, is that right? What Rom are you running?

ive gone as far as renaming and removing my original rom file 88590015 in hopes that it would have no rom to revert back to.

it think i know what your doing wrong, it happen to me before. all you need to transfer to the V7 rom is your Immobilizer, & Init# only then save it, close it and re-open it.

If you're using the latest windows, you have to disable some of the security features.

Have you edited it and saved as a unique name and then tried re-opening it under the new name?

Did you change your ECU internal ID??? DONT copy your stock id in or when you save it, it reverts to a stock rom.

Ok yeah that was the problem. now i noticed that my rom is measured in Celsius and the tephra is in Fahrenheit. suspect some of the changes i mad were to already correct cells because i didnt see a fahrenheit in the tag.. does anyone know if i can just transfer my timing maps, immobilizer and be good? i have a tuned rom not quite sure what data was changed. or even better a way to change a setting in ecuflash so both roms read in fahrenheit so i can just confirm it myself?
