I'm starting to tune my evo 8, I have this ECU definition 97470001

I'm looking for the correct definition,

I opened my stock ROM and some things look wrong or doesn't work, because values are set in unit, for example stationary rev limit is unit x, not revs

The axis are not correct also,

Here is my stock ROM, If you can take a look and help me out
