Maybe you should try download his xml's if the tables aren't defined for you its in post 2 of the tephra thread.

FML! Yea it was right there under the idle subsection. Thanks. So play with this first before trying to change values in the desired ISCV?

I'd say probably the desired ISCV first because the error table is a correction you want it correcting less not more.

Ok so today I finally got the time to try something I thought of over the week. I used the 941 v7 rom, but copied over the idle stepper from my stock 969 rom. Solved the weird erratic idle problem. And I set the baud rate back from 62500 to stock and now evoscan doesn't have a problem logging.

But the weird warm idle problem is still there. It almost died a few times as I come to a stop light. And when I disconnected the battery and reconnected the idle was even worse. I actually literally stalled at the lights one time. Whenever I have more time I'm going to try changing the values in ISCV.

Btw how do I test NTLS? I set the tps threshold to 20%, and while standing still I revved to 2k and pushed in the clutch but NTLS didn't engage. I was under the load and speed values in the NTLS section of the rom.

One of the parameter adverbs is opposite (over/under) on one of the tables. Cant remember which one. Not sure if it's a typo or just plain communication barrier between Aus and US, you know some things are opposite down under.

I actually think both should be "over". It doesn't make sense to have a maximum speed and load for ntls.

Thought I should update. I was about to play with the ISCV table this weekend but before that I installed a Evo X 3 bar MAP sensor. The changes to the 969 rom that was listed in the how-to thread did NOT work. The car just died. So I tried changing the parameters for the MAP sensor on the 941 v7 rom and now it runs perfectly! Didn't even touch the idle or ISCV parameters. So weird but whatever it works.

The v7 rom runs A LOT better than the stock 969 rom by the way. No more throttle hang!!!!!! Especially between shifts, I don't have to deliberately shift slower than I want to when I'm just cruising around just to wait for the revs to drop. And the idle actually seems more steady. NTLS also works. Pretty happy overall.
