Hi everyone,
I'm looking for the equation so I can log boost with my aem 3.5 bar map sensor.

I used the equation you posted. (0.2451*x)-25.76. But this equation gives me -5.1 with the key on and the car off in evoscan. I adjusted it to (0.3051*x)-25.76, which gave me -0.1 psi with the key on and the car off. But this still seems to be readingnoff on from my boost gauge, it looks to be a couple of psi high.

Whats your altitude?

Use my 8 bit scaling table (second spread sheet) and see if you can't come up with some better values for the sensor.

I'm at sea level like 200 ft. Or so. I'll check the scaling out.

Well it looks like it is (0.2488*x)-20.848. This sensors range is only .5 volts to 4.5 volts.

Interesting I guess I probably fat fingered something when i got the equations ready the first time

Can I connect a Zeitronix ZT-2 3.5bar map sensor signal paralel with the Engine Ecu too ? The Zeitronix and the Ecu can share the same map sensor ? Or I must have 2 map sensor for the ZT2 and the Ecu too ? Thank you !

I suppose you could but that might degrade the signal a little bit.

The real question is why? It can be logged with evoscan no need to run it through the zeitronix unit again.

The customer want too see the boost after the tune without Evoscan on the ZT2 lcd. and ecu will control the boost with map and maybe speed density option in the future too.

Then just hook into the signal wire and its ground wire should be sufficient for a signal for both ecu and zeitronix.

What changes did you have to make to your ROM to run the AEM 3.5 Bar MAP?

I found these instructions for doing it with the JDM MAP and Omni 4-Bar but nothing on the AEM sensor:

JDM - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...tructions.html
Omni - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ec...evo-8-9-a.html

I know, slightly old thread but I'm looking to get an AEM boost gauge and want to log boost in evoscan. Any answer to this question?
