what cams do you have and what did you dial them in to? also what duty do you have on your boost controller as say it 60% (wastgate open 40% of the time) then you get 60% across the whole rev range, with the 3 port you'll be able to set it to 100% (fully closed ) until the required boost then lower it, that should then see a faster spool

whats the recommended dial in angle for the GSC's? have you got a larger throttle body?
you shouldn't get a boost spike as when you start to reach your desired boost you can start to lower the values which'll smooth it out

I've heard leaving it in stock configuration has yielded the best results for GSC cams. No, I don't have a larger throttle body. Does that improve low-end power?

I'm going to chalk this up to my hardware as the culprit to my laggier setup. I got a couple ported parts, some huge *** wheels/tires, and no Mivec, that don't help with spoolup.
