Hi everyone,

There is a bug that is dropping text when the text editor encounters certain symbol combinations and words such as 'code'. The bug was introduced as part of a large software change and we hope to see a fix this week or next. Thanks!

Sorry for necro-bumping this thread but in the year since mrfred last posted in here, has anyone fried their ECU by going the no-resistor route? Just checking because I wanted to get tuned soon and it seems that the shop I was going to is hesistant to do it without a resistor in the harness.

I must be three years into running without a resistor. Still no problem. It isn't an issue, at least for the GM or the Grimmspeed.

I have been running the GM 3 port for 4 years no issues.
