i going to see if 46 adc plug is linked to pin 1 odb plug now with the multimeter
and all so pin 35 and pin 7on the odb

 

has any one got a good evo 7 rhd pin out for the adc plugs

 

so i have test the above and all is ok both are linked
46 is going to pin 1
and 35 is going to pin7

were do i go now ???

should i link pin 1 and pin 15 on the odb plug as the cable side is liked ????

 

Just found this from Evoscan website:
Evo4/5/6/7/8/9 AYC & ACD & ABS Datalogging and AYC / ACD Air Bleeding (MUTII/MUTIII) (if this doesn't work for you, then remove pin9 with pliers, if this still doesn't work for you, then send the cable back for one of the latest openport 1.3U models that does)

im going to send them a email about it and see what they say

 

so iv got it to connect to the AYC only using the op2 cable
but the info been logged is not right / staying static

going to remove pin 9 on the odb2 plug and see if that helps

 

so iv removed pin 9 from the odb2 plug

its still not working

only connecting to ayc and all the info is wrong

any one got any pointers were to go next

Did you contact evoscan and if yes, what did they say about it? Like I posted earlier there seems to be something in the cable, some models work and some don't.

Do you have possibility to try with another cable (1.3U)?

 

il try get a newer 1.3u cable a friend has and test it out

as it would be nice to have it working for bleeding etc

that is correct. this will allow it with evoscan v2.8. can you datalog ABS/AYC/ACD ? maybe someone has cut your pin1 cable to your ecu, please check it all the way to the ecu

do not link pin 1 and 15 on op1.3U that is for openport 2.0 cables only.
