Where is the mitsulogger software?

I have evoscan 2.8 but apparently it hates my UEGO aem WB. I have the blue cable attached to pin 2 and pin 5 grounded on one of the ground points in the dash. Evoscan doesnt acknowledge its existence. Ive heard that mitsulogger is just as good as evoscan and will work with my aem, however I cant find the damn software anywhere. Does anyone know where I can download it on a functional link? If not, where can I get evoscan 0.99 at considering I didnt see it when I logged into the evoscan website. I really hope all these issues are finally panned out when 2.9 comes out....

Thanks in advance.

Evoscan 2.8 and my AEM UEGO work just fine together.

How are you connecting the AEM UEGO to your computer?

The AEM output is serial (RS232) and unless you have an RS232 port on your laptop, you'll need an RS232 to USB converter. Then is just a matter of installing the drivers and then selecting the correct COM port.

I would get an RS232 to USB converter that has light indicators on it, this way you know information is being transmitted. I use this one made by Belkin and it works great: http://www.belkin.com/IWCatProductPa...duct_Id=459431

Also, mitsulogger is much older and I don't think its developed anymore. Evoscan is your best bet with the stock ECU.

The issue sounds like wiring and not Evoscan.

Did you wire your's like this?

FWIW, it took a few tries to get the wiring correct (as in making sure everything was making contact and that I had a good ground).

You need to wire it just like that guy did, then use the RS232 to USB converter.

You don't need to have that connector built into your laptop, that's what the converter is for.

You can buy a pre-made cable here:
