Fuel tuning advice?

car seems happy at 5ish so far but i need to lean spool out more still. i did make a map this morning to tone down the timing above 6k tho. need to map out some fuel still and hopefully ill get to give it a shot this weekend.
In short, LS gradually enrichens your a/f mixture the longer you stay on the throttle. So, for a short 1-2 gear pull AFR's will stay leaner, which is fine since it's for a short timespan and gives more power, and for longer 3-4 pulls it will get richer, which keeps EGT's in check.

whats confusing me right now, is that it seems my requests are farther off along the cells im hitting during spool in comparison to where i am at full load.
is lean spool actually leaning it out some in the zone, or am i just crazy?

well...heres my two absolute WTF moments of the day. loaded my new map, full boost afr's are to my liking. spool still needs more fuel taken out, but im gonna try the same map with LS off tonight. heres a graph...neither run had any knock...why the hell am i losing power everywhere?

the second and probably more worrysome WTF is the log i did of a 3rd gear pull/shift into 4th/continue pull.
-3rd gear had no knock
-shift into 4th and 14 counts THE WHOLE TIME???
im now very confused. a straight 4th gear pull shows next to no knock now...why did this happen? (see attached log)

excuse the minor freak out, that must have been a freak log. i think it was the drive train flopping around like a dead baby, as i went out and did two more 3-4 pulls and all i got was knock on lift.

welp...i finally shut off lean spool...and everything went to hell (im sure you can tell which runs are which).

4th gear is now pretty unhappy, 3rd gear is still pretty good. temp was down 20 degrees from all the other pulls, but humidity was the same. even with knock and pulling timing 4th gear made a blissful 320 ft/lbs and pulled like a train.
back to the drawing board.

put a new map in after work tonight, got some nice results. looks like i need another degree out at the top end and add a tad of fuel. still spooling rich, but making progress there.
it was 50 degrees out tonight, and the first time ive logged at this low a temp, injectors are pushing HARD. i think im gonna have to stick at this boost for this year and fine tune everything and wait till spring to put in my pump and 1050's since ill only have the car out for about another month.
2nd graph is 4th gear, no knock which is good, but im curious as to why im getting a secondary boost spike...any thoughts?

finally got some time to work out another map and hopefully do some pulls tonight.
this is where i left off on my last revision. need a tad bit of fuel put in from 6k up, and still fine tuning spool in very small increments so i dont miss the sweet spot. im really liking the results on moderate boost so far.

just for ****s and giggles, heres comparo shots of the "TUNE" that was on the car when i bought it against where im at now, yes, someone actually thought they made the car faster and run better on this crap (unfortunately it was a well respected person on this forum).

heres where im at as of last night.

pretty close to where i want to be right now. having one narrow range of a 1 count that turns into a 2 count of knock and then clears. the car is fast no doubt...but im starting to notice the low torque with the lack of "throw you back in the seat" feeling.
now the decision is do i get a bigger turbo, or wait till next summer and sell it for a B8 s4
