It should be set approximately 10% higher than your normal load at the given rpm. So, if you normally hit 300% load at 4000 rpm, you should have it set at 310% at 4000 rpm.

Expand the miscellaneous tephra mods menu and change your 2byte to 1byte load factor from 1.2 to something higher. Raising the load factor to 1.3 will give you a max load of 331.5.
