Understandable that you'd think of my name first seeing as I'm a huge celebrity.

I have noticed that regardless how rich i made the launch fuel map is, it still goes lean while the 2-step is active. Are you guys seeing similar results?
I am running into a bogging issue as well.

That's because you hit fuel cut when you're on the 2-step.

That's what I thought as well ....I guess to regulate the speed, then what's the point of adding more fuel on the launch fuel map if only pulling spark is the trick?.... just wondering.

Because some sequences do fire and you're retarding the timing such that you need a little more fuel energy to help.

Makes sense!...thx

So I currently setup my limiter to 6100 and I am seeing ~11 psi with -3* around 160 load @ 6250 rpm, Should I be transitioning directly onto my normal spark map past the 170 mark?... when do we exit the launch map?

Work out what happens when you leave a launch map with a cell trace. You'll see it's pretty common when people make a "bar" right across the launch map from low to high load and interpolate down from there, and up from there a few rows. You'll need a 500 rpm window on each side of your launch rpm that will be very consistent with the timing and fuel used at the rpm you pick. When you launch it jumps very fast so just make sure you find where that goes on a good launch. Some people taper from their highest load however either way works once the vss increases launch maps exits. It will take some trial an error on your part.

I posted a video in the launch maps thread I think even my maps too. I had like pretty near 17-20lbs

What turbo and cams? Remember clutches are cheaper than transfer cases and transmissions.

builds 15 psi easily. I started playing with more just to learn how to work the system.. and well.. I got to 20 psi with only -11. nifty it was much more simple than i ever made it to be.

From another thread

Another thing is make sure your wgdc is appropriately adjusted and you can have two launch amounts by using alt map wgdc and allowing less wgdc accordingly

Are you hitting the drag strip? I would be weary of a treated starting line causing more bog. I arrived at my map by simply
Inching my timing down until I started to see a little knock. Then I increased fuel slightly till it went away. Then I started to decrease timing a little bit more.

I can build boost before the limit hits. Infact I can make full wastegate boost with out a limiter.

Because so much heat will accumulate, it takes some driving and cooling sessions.
