I was hoping someone can help me out here. Just a couple of days ago, I traded in my WRX for a 2006 Evo IX. I absolutely love it. Clean, solid, and runs good for the most part. It has a couple of things done to it, and to try to get a better idea of exactly what was done, I want to try to read the tune. While I knew a lot about open source tuning for my old Subaru, I am having trouble getting this for the new Evo.

I have done some searching, and I believe that it has previously been flashed with 'tephra mod' because I know it can switch between a 93 and an e85 map by doing a key on, engine off and holding the accelerator pedal down.



I have managed to pull this rom down using both EvoScan and EcuFlash, but I can not read it? I've attached it here in hopes that someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong. After searching and trying to find definition/XML files for EcuFlash, I finally managed to get it to come up as a 2006 Mitsubishi Evo rom, but I still can not get any tables to show up besides just that initial information about the car.

Can anyone please lend me a hand or have any idea how I can read this completely? I really appreciate it. I'm anxious to dive into this and see what the tune looks like so I can work on a few minor issues with it and also prepare for future mods/work.

firstly you will need all the 8859 XMLs. ECUFlash should have already come with the base ROMs needed, so all that should be left is to download the Tephra V7 version which is in the Tephra thread.
