2012 Knock Tables?
Hi guys, I have a 2012 MR that we put an AMS 2.2L shortblock in, and being a built engine it's a little noisy. I've noticed there's only 1 defined rom for the '12 MR and it doesn't have the knock tables defined. Anyone find theses tables yet? Are they the same as previous years? Can I just copy the tables from an '11 MR definition and paste them in the '12 def? Not sure if it works like that, but any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Yes. I have done the same combo a few times, 35R/900s/3.5" MAF and have tuned the last several in 3 or 4 pulls. The 2012 was not consistent on AFR pull to pull, whether I had just reflashed or left the car running. The throttle would close as if the torque management didnt accept changes. On the street the AFR would vary as much 2 full points between gears with the lean spool turned off and the trims completely bypassed. Flashed it as a 2010 and it was all like the other builds.
Interesting..... I hope all the 12 roms aren't strange like that. Did you guys find out anything new in the past few months? I just grabbed a 12 GSR and wonder which rom I should run when I get around to tuning it.

I've tuned a couple stock/bolt-on 2012's and everything was fine. But on this particular build that I needed more control, I ended up bench flashing it back to a 2011 rom since it was better defined at the time.
