Help With CEL Disable

Hi everyone,

I have a 2011 evo x GSR rom id 56890010.

Did a bunch of bolt-ons and a tune. One bolt-on was a 3port ECBS. I'm getting a P0247 CEL. I have the disabled the CEL in the ROM (current value is f1df) but still getting cel.

I threw an unconnected solenoid on the extra connector and the cel goes away.

Does this diSable not work?? Am I doing something wrong?

Any help appreciated. If you need more info to help ask and you shall recieve

i think everyone leaves the passive solenoid (black) connected but unhooked to any vacuum lines.

Thanks for the response momostallion.

Can anyone explain why we have defined a CEL disable if it doesn't work? Did it work on previous models?

Just trying to understand why its there if it is not functional.

Thanks again

it's most likely a mistake.
i found my cel definitions for two rear o2 codes weren't correct. it happens.

search google for p0247, limit the search to only this site and possibly the other.

i know tephra mentions this dtc disable and to becareful with it as it isnt a simple on off.
