I put the maf and stock injectors back on the car and it ran fine. That was the first good thing that had happened since I started working on this problem. So that lead me down the path to getting it figured out. The omni 4 bar map sensor that I had bought brand new was bad. The crazy thing is it did the same thing on the aem 5 bar which is why I bought the 4 bar. Just a guess but the only reason I can think of why both map sensors worked fine on the aem was because of aem's map filter. Maybe it was such a small area of the sensor that was bad the map filter on the aem was blocking it or something. It's been a long road trying to get this thing figured out. I am just glad the car is running correctly now on the stock ecu.

Thanks for the help and suggestions.
