How much to add a seperate plug to wire in another 5 sensors, that way I can switch between 5 additional sensors to log. Or is there someway i can connect both sets and toggle between them with a switch?

Your skepticism MUST be felt by others on here. I pre-ordered in January after he had said December. I have never heard of people "pre-ordering" before honestly.

Just went to the site and it's down.
(maybe the site is down because they have to change evodroid7 from pre-order to just buying them because they're complete? Hamish said they'd be done by the end of April.)
Other than that I trust Evoscan, plus if he was trying to scam anyone, I'm sure most people went through paypal and since it was an invoice and we haven't received a product yet we're covered under Paypal's Buyer Protection to have our money returned to us.

Don't think Paypal's buyer protection would cover sales outside of eBay and if so, the 90 day limit for a claim would have lapsed for most people.

Let's just hope it's an issue with his host

 

Well the site is up and running now....

Developing these kind of things takes time unfortunately and it is human nature to under-estimate how long these things will take to develop and build, especially when you are doing it in your spare time with work, family etc.

One snag can delay things by weeks.

I am confident that we will get them soon and I am happy to make an upfront investment to help get these things to market (but I appreciate that others may feel differently).

We all drive performance cars so shelling out money shouldn't be an unusual event for us

 

[offtopic] Paypal's buyer protection covers purchases outside of eBay. I just got my money back from a downpipe seller in UK through Paypal using their claim system.

[ontopic] I'm in the first preorder batch that was supposed to ship out prior to xmas. I really hope that we can get the units ready for shipment soon, or at least a _realistic_ schedule when they could be shipped. Every month being told that it will ship at the end of that month is not very good expectations management and buyers are understandably getting a tad irritated.

 

Yeah when A-rawww mentioned them being done by the end of the month, i couldnt help but think to myself "ive heard that before" lol. But i trust this guy he is too smart to try and scam all of us. I just hope the shipping process begins soon!!

 

yeah I think the website was just a temporary problem with host-gator engineers.. they have been playing around with all the .htaccess files... crazy dudes.
