In EvoScan your request ID is 41 for 1byte load. You need to adjust the MUT table at that location, MUT41 from 6A9B to 0x840B. You can only log 1byte load if you are using a Tephra V5.10 rom and higher. Hope this helps!

Add this to your scaling in the XML file.
<scaling name="1bytefactor" units="units" toexpr="x/((32/10)*100)" frexpr="x*((32/10)*100)" format="%.1f" min="1" max="2" inc="0.1" storagetype="uint16" endian="big"/>
Add this part lower in the XML past the scaling section.
<table name="2byte to 1byte Load Factor" category="Miscellaneous Tephra Mods" address="48260" type="1D" scaling="1bytefactor"/>

</table>

This makes sense. I was trying to simplify it for myself.

I am embarrassed to ask but where in my rom or how do I modify the 1byte value like I do in EvoScan? the 1.2 to 1.5. it must be so obvious I am missing it.
Britax is the best! Nothing but the best for those little guys

In my ROM it's under Miscellaneous Tephra Mods, 2 byte to 1 byte Load Factor. Click on the # in the window, hit the = button, type in 1.5, hit enter, save, flash.

In EvoScan right click on Load 1 Byte, hit edit, left click on Load 1 byte, change Eval to 1.5*x, hit ok, close.

Good Luck!

Maybe we are the root of it for me. I am not using a tephra ROM.

I've already adjusted my fuel cut load to 638. It also may be my plugs (about 5k miles on copper plugs).

I had a very similar problem in my IX. I found out that my TPS pins were loose and was loosing signal as rpm increased cause of the vibration.. So I just pulled the pins out and with a small pick I depressed the tab in each pin so it would stay in contact... Try that out and see...
