That car is fully in OL. WBO2 reads ~14.5 at idle.

Have you tried running with lower timing (up to 10deg) at idle? I am curious how huge timing difference affects AFR in OL with your setup. BTW it's on MAF or SD?

I have not tried anything on that car as it is not my. Just a car of my friend. It is on MAF.

As for my setup.. I was trying timing from 5* to 25* at idle and never noticed major difference in AFR. It is on MAF too. For now I am at 20* at idle, and 14.7 in fuel map is matching actual average AFR on my LC-1 in OL. MAF is not rescaled, injectors are dialed in using 812 scaling and latency from ID table.

I have tried to play with idle timing as well, it doesn't give huge difference in AFR, but it helped me smooth my idle with aftermarket cams for sure.

@ Biggy VIII

Are you not scared to drive with your posted ignition and afr map?

How long you already drive this setup?

No problems with the idle?

No, not scared. Why should I?

Btw I have not posted MY AFR map anywhere yet. I have posted my timing map only in "Lets see your fully tuned timing maps" thread. The maps posted in this thread are not from my car.

My setup is constantly evolving for four years. I have never experienced any major problems so far.

I believe he saw your friends maps, although they look really well. Although I like less timing at spool up/overboost.

I like the strategy of having as much torque as possible irrespective of boost.

I like the strategy of having straight rods and no holes in my block irrespective of luck.

My previous setup made 630nm of peak torque at 3900 rpm on stock block evo9 turbo +meth, and 590nm on ron98. And lived happy for 2,5 years (25000km) of daily driving and auto-x-ing. Straight rods, clean pistons, no holes in the block.

Then I decided to go 2.3.

I'm sure that you have more torque for each cell but if it takes twice the time to load the car, overall torque suffer. Area under the curve ftw
