problem I am having now is kind of a newbe issue but I havent needed to do it since I got the evo and first loaded on the tephra rom.
I cant remember how to create a new bin/hex file for it to pull a tune from. Right now everything I do is pulling from 88590015 but I need to make ecuflash pull from 88591715 xml instead so that I can open them up at the same time so that I can transfer my tunes over instead of just editing the one I am already using.

Thanks, I went through it a little round about way to get me where I need to be. I am transferring some of my tuned maps into it now and trying to get it dialed with all the right scaling. The big issue that is taking awhile is that I was mistaken and I didnt have the latest tephra V7. now I do though and should be ready for a flash and trial soon tonight.
By the time I get is ready I try it, It will be real late for you (since you are 3 hours ahead of me.) I will post up and shoot you a PM when I figure out when or if I need more help then we will go from there with a call if you are still available. Thanks a ton for the offer.

just went out to try and flash it. at about 45% complete, windows crashed and shut down my who computer and erased all the tuning changes i made in the entire rom. Luckly I was able to boot back up and flash to an older rom just to get the car OK again. Now I have to go back through and redo all my table and everything then go try again.

Alright well I got it flashed so I have it running full V7 + SD now the way it is supposed to but my scaling is way off.
I do not have that kpa map scaling table you have in that picture. this is the closest I got so I dont know how to select the Omni 4bar

ok ill show you the scaling to add to your 8859xml

Code:
<scaling name="kPa OMNI4barMAP" units="kPa" toexpr="x*0.4072" frexpr="x/0.4072" format="%.1f" min="0" max="450" inc="0.4072" storagetype="uint16" endian="big"/>

cool thanks, but now ecuflash just decided it dosent want to pull any definitions from any of the right places. I am having so many computer issues, I am getting pissed as soon as I can get this crap fixed I should be able to actually do something.

it adds a value into the xml but no table or values into ecuflash which is what is needed to make any changes to the ecu. could you take a screen shot of the table open just like I have above with the map table.

Edit:
Alright so I was able to find everything. That was a lot of code definition reading. So I already have that scaling. But even though I have that scaling in the definition but the scaling doesnt do anything unless it is applied inside a table.
According to this: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/6744341-post2.html I am using the correct scaling already. Just doesnt seem like it trying to get is running worth a crap. Guess I am gonna just have to play with it some more

It definitely takes a quite a while. Search or a thread created by r/ternie here in ecu flash in the past about some sd issues . He shows how his table is set up and might give you a good insight
