help with negative fuel trims
logged trims today and got -9.7 Low and -9.2 Mid. STFT fluctuates between -1-2
I know that if trims are rougly the same but negative, should bump up scaling by the sum of LTFT mid + STFT. so by ~10% in my case
I have stock 560 injectors scaled to 513, and if I increase them by 10%, it puts me above rated (560) cc.
any suggestions what to do ?
car is 2.3 jdm evo IV, with usdm VIII ecu and injectors, IX turbo, S2 cams etc... running 96530706 v7 rom. below are attached my current injector settings

You have to be positive you do not have any exhaust leaks. You will be chasing your tail for hours/days if there is a leak before the o2 sensor. Same goes with boost leaks, you need to fix them as well.

intake and exhaust leaks should both drive the trims positive, but i do agree that its important to perform a boost leak test and if probable cause, check for exhaust leaks. if all good, then crank up injector scaling and decrease latency. i'd start with -5% on latency and +5% on inj scaling.
I'm 99% sure there's no exhaust leak pre O2 sensor. not quite sure about boost leak but will check it as soon as possible
I'll alter scaling/latencies by 5% as mrfred said and should I disconnect the battery after it to zero out the trims or just reflash and good to go ?

i don't think that a battery disconnect will zero out the trims on the 8 ecu. just flash and drive in stop-and-go traffic for 30 minutes.

drove around 30 min in stop-and-go traffic and now Low is -8.5 and Mid is unchanged, same -9.1 there
wot fueling changed and leaned out by a whole point though

Do you have your fuel pump "rewired" to be a full voltage all the time?

and why is the wot fueling way leaner than in map ? by a whole point or maby even for 1.5
I was going to start the tuning of the car and wanted to bring the trims between sensibe %'s in first turn. but I'll disregard it, if they won't affect my wot fueling and just live with it

8/9 as well. There is a table that defines the airflow Hz range over which the fuel trims operate. The stock setting allows the cruise trim to affect fuelling all the way up to 1600 Hz which is a pretty decent amount of airflow.
